Shipping Policy

Orders ship the next working day and arrive anywhere in the EU within 3 to 7 working days.

Processing time

Every order placed on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays) is packed and handed to the carrier on the next working day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday ship on the second working day after that.

Delivery time

We ship to all countries in the European Union. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your country and the carrier. These are estimates; delays caused by the carrier, for example during busy holiday periods, are outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no customs duties or import fees for deliveries within the EU.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once a package is with the carrier, we cannot always change the address.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the product and contact us as soon as possible. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, or it has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
